Richard "Rick" Payne, Jr., 69, of Newton, died Sunday (December 11, 2016) at his home.
He was born on March 10, 1947 the son of Barbara and Richard A. Payne Sr.
Survivors include his wife Maura Payne of the home; son Todd Payne; daughters Tiffany White and her husband Michael, and Tara Payne; five grandchildren; brothers David Payne and his wife Ann, and Mike Payne.
No services will be held as cremation has been effected.
A memorial has been established with Caring Hands Humane Society, contributions may be sent to Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, 120 E. Broadway, Newton, Ks. 67114.
Arrangements are by Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, Newton.
