Guadalupe Llamas

Guadalupe "Lupe" Llamas was born June 3, 1970 in Newton, Kansas and passed away on May 4, 2022 in Houston, Texas.

Lupe is survived by his son, Christian Elliott of Pasadena, TX; brothers John Ward and wife Margie of Conroe, TX, Joseph Llamas and wife Brenda of Humble, TX; sister Tina Lacca and husband Jason of Humble, TX; nieces Cheyenne Lacca of Pasadena, TX, Brandy Ward of Pasadena, TX; nephews Jacob Ward of College Station, TX, Jason Lynn Lacca of Humble, TX, Joseph Llamas, Jr of Humble, TX.  Lupe also leaves to mourn a host friends and relatives.

Lupe was a very devoted Houston Astros fan who could recall nearly every Astros stat in his lifetime and before. He could tell you the date, time, score with detail! He worked delivering papers for the Houston Chronicle for many years.  He worked hard and loved hard.  Lupe was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed by all.

Graveside services and interment will be held at 11:30 A.M., Tuesday (May 17, 2022) at the Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Peabody, Kansas.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday between 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M.

Arrangements are by Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, Newton, KS.
