Geneva Eby
January 15, 1966 — February 25, 2021
Geneva Wanda "Ginny" Eby, 55, died Thursday (February 25, 2021) at the Kansas Christian Home in Newton.
She was born on January 15, 1966 in Iola, Kansas, the daughter of Wanda Jean (Latimer) and Floyd J. Eby, Jr.
Ginny had been a cook at Bethesda Nursing Home in Goessel for over 15 years. She had been a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Survivors include her brother Floyd Eby, III of Joplin, Mo.; two sisters Tina Padgitt of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Tammy Ploof of Lufkin, Tx.; along with a niece and nephews.
A memorial has been established with Caring Hands Humane Society, contributions may be sent to the funeral home.
Private inurnment was in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Newton with her parents.
Arrangements are by Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, Newton, Ks.
